Quarter Review

Strategies are not set in stone. If a certain component of strategy does not work, then it can - and should - be modified. This makes performance monitoring and evaluation a very important phase of the planning cycle. Annual Review

At the end of each business planning cycle, an organization should test the strategy robustness to verify the whole strategy’s validity, not only its implementation, especially when key opportunities or threats develop; and to modify the strategy over the next planning cycle accordingly. We can extend our services in this annual review sessions via different tools and analytics e.g. testing cause and effect relationships underlying the strategy assumptions, scenario analysis, etc.
